100 g of softened butter
150 g of sugar
1 envelope of vanilla sugar
3 eggs
150 g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
300 ml of whipped cream
1 0 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
cocoa powder to sprinkle

We preheat the oven to 170º We put the muffin papers inside a tray of muffins with a capacity of twelve. Beat butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until you have a whitish cream. We incorporate the eggs one by one, until the first one is not integrated, do not add the next one. Mix the flour with the sieved yeast and add the cream little by little and alternate them with 100 ml of cream.
We distribute half the dough in the paper. We add the cocoa to the other half. We distribute the dark mass on top of the white one. Remove with a skewer so that the two colors mix a little. We put in the oven for 20 minutes more or less (depends on each oven). Then let cool on a grid.

Beat the rest of the cream and powdered sugar until it is firm, we decorate as but we like it and sprinkle with cocoa ....
